Youth Rush

Reps knock doors; the map shows the whole team live. Every drop, sale and interest lands the moment it’s logged — leaders watch the numbers move from the web admin, and the app itself plans each rep’s walking route, by the manual.

Built for real youth-outreach programs — iOS, web and cloud running live.

The situation

Run door-to-door on clipboards

Outreach programs send dozens of students knocking across a city, but coordination is paper tally sheets and end-of-day group texts. Leaders can’t see who’s on which street, and the day’s numbers are hand-totaled hours after it’s over.

What Youth Rush does

The field, live

GPS territory assignments, a live map of every rep, and one-tap drop and sale logging in the field — feeding a web admin that shows each team’s numbers as they happen. Drop a start pin and an end pin, and the app plans the canvassing route between them.

Who it’s for

Programs that run on people

Youth evangelism and canvassing campaigns running large rosters of students across a region — the leaders coordinating them and the reps knocking doors all day.

For the leaders

Live visibility across every team

The web admin turns the field into a dashboard: sales, books and per-rep totals filtered by today, week, month or all-time — a members grid, a full sales ledger, and alerts for anything that looks off. A leader sees the number move the instant a rep logs a sale.

The route planner

Two pins in. A whole route out.

The leader drops a start and an end. The algorithm routes the main-street spine between them, finds every side street, and weaves them in as out-and-back combs — exactly how the canvassing manual teaches it, down to the shorthand: R/L, F, T, C.

Courts and staples ride along as options — cul-de-sacs get flagged, not forgotten — and every comb is tap-to-drop: keep the streets a team can cover, drop the ones it can’t, and the route rewrites itself before it ever reaches a rep’s phone.

Field teams don’t file reports. They knock, they log one tap — and by the time they’re back in the van, the leader already knows exactly how the day went.
